Almost 15 years ago, the Harry Potter saga came to an end with the release of the concluding extravaganza, Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows. The movie for the book was split into two parts, by virtue of the final chapter of Harry's and Voldemort's story being so busy and full of detail.
Inarguably, Deathly Hallows Parts 1 and 2 were the most important pieces of the puzzle, where Snape's loyalties were revealed, beloved characters died, mastery over Death was achieved, and almost every character got their respective happy ending. With some awkward moments thrown in, these movies were perfectly meme-able.

Despite his bad behavior in The Chamber of Secrets, Dobby died a true hero. His sole objective in life was to protect Harry and his friends, which was what he was doing at Malfoy Manor as they escaped away to Shell Cottage.

Much of Harry, Ron, and Hermione's seventh year was spent looking for Horcruxes, which meant that they were travelling a lot. At first, the three just seemed to be enjoying the gifts of nature by camping in scenic locations, without too many concrete leads on Voldemort's magical objects.
This led to many conflicts between the three, and rising tensions led to Ron storming out on his best friends. It's safe to say that this was the trip of a lifetime for the trio.

One of the funniest moments in Deathly Hallows Part 2 was the severely awkward hug between Draco and Voldemort, which was surprisingly initiated by the Dark Lord.
Draco and his family were both done with the dark side and Voldemort's propaganda by the time the Battle of Hogwarts rolled around, which made the hug even more unpleasant for an emotionally battered Draco. The whole of Hogwarts felt just as disgusted by the gesture of intimacy by the hated wizard.

Severus Snape's story was winding, deep, and heartbreaking. He loved Lily Evans, who chose his nemesis, James, to get married to. Snape could have still handled the pain of unrequited love, but his heart truly shattered when Voldemort killed her.
He then tried his best to protect Harry in his own way and became Dumbledore's inside man to vanquish Lord Voldemort. When Dumbledore asked him about his love for Lily, he cast a Patronus which was the same as hers, and uttered his most famous line: "Always."

Heroism and coordination were never Neville Longbottom's strongest suits, and he spent most of his teenage life in a haze of carelessness and sadness. He narrowly escaped Harry's fate, but still lost his parents due to Bellatrix's torture.
He was underestimated most times, but his quick-thinking and valor were instrumental to Voldemort's defeat. One tiny decision weighed the scales in Harry's favor in the fight against Voldemort, and that was Narcissa's betrayal, or rather her maternal feelings that bought him time. The Malfoy matriarch only cared for one thing, and that was the survival of her only son.
She knew that her only way to get back into Hogwarts and save him was to confirm Harry's "death" so that Voldemort would march right into the gates. Her lie bought time for Neville to kill Nagini, and Harry to make a run for it and face off with the Dark Lord. It was definitely the biggest shock for Voldemort.
